Growing a community of support in Alberta.

How We Help

A first step. A person beside you.

When pregnancy or parenting feels overwhelming, knowing where to begin can make a difference.

A listening ear

Our aim is to provide space to talk about your situation, share your worries, and identify the kind of help you are looking for.

Local connections

We plan to help you find pregnancy centres, parenting resources, and other appropriate services in your own community.

Ongoing encouragement

With your permission, we hope to follow up at agreed times as you connect with resources and take the next steps for your family.

Exploring adoption

If you are considering adoption, we plan to connect you with qualified adoption resources so you can ask questions and learn what the process involves. Supporting life includes caring for parents who choose adoption as well as those who choose to parent.

We are not promising rent payments, emergency funding, medical care, professional counselling, or adoption placement.
